We are individually, stubborn, opinionated, and creative in our very own way. We are all going back to school for nursing. I am the only one that didn't change my mind about this field, the other 2, well... Jordan started off at Baylor as a pre-med student going for physical therapy, when she realized she wanted to move further away and go to Baylor nursing in Dallas, TX. (INSERT MOM CRYING) John started out as a nursing student, finished his criminal justice degree and decided that nursing school would be fun, so he went back. We are also very much smart butts (Im keeping it clean). We joke around and poke fun at ea. other & laugh a lot. Life is too short to sweat the small stuff. So here we are, 3 students, a houseful of pets and projects that create our little crazy family, The Meljo's.

Meet MEL - aka Melissa, MOM - silly, crazy, free-spirited, stubborn, MAD diy-er,frugal, procrastinator extraordinaire. Student, Mom of 1 & wife. She is accident prone and has a passion for helping others, Christ & anything artistic. Once fractured her toe when moving wood flooring & in the same week burned her hand. 2 ER trips in one week. Habitual night owl who does everything at night when no-one is around who happens to have a bad habit of working in the yard at night, barefoot.
Meet JORDAN - aka Jo, baby girl, sweat pea (Johns nickname) JO-JO (family is not allowed to call her that), DAUGHTER. Night owl with a love vinyl, music, funny videos, color guard, 40's music, beatles & 50-60's famous icons. She also might be a bit of a social butterfly. Currently is redoing her bedroom all by herself even though she will be going back to Baylor. (MORE TEARS FROM MOM) Mom use to redo her bedroom every year, it's tradition PINTEREST - Jordan
Meet JOHN- aka Sparky, John, or Pressly (stage name). Avid coin collector & dabbles in all sorts of hobbies including Hunting / fishing, saltwater tanks, ponds, gardening, & soon to be...making bird houses. He has a love for cowboy boots and hats, and anything that has to do with celebrity gossip. He is a big news junkie and is very nosy about EVERYTHING (and we do mean everything). He has a bad habit of picking on the kid, he calls sweet pea. Melissa always says she has 2 kids. He also is a wrestling ref. which is by all means a fun, dangerous hobby. He loves the Dallas Cowboys, but never has been to the stadium. PINTEREST - John
